Your property is assigned to a Gaia Property Care Lead who becomes familiar with your landscape and its individual needs. Whenever reasonably possible, the same person will be present for each routine visit, providing greater consistency, stronger attention to detail and a familiar point of contact.

Proactive Property Observations
During routine visits, we visually review the lawn, planting beds, shrubs and trees for noticeable changes. If we see emerging weeds, signs of stress, unusual growth or another concern, we bring it to your attention and recommend an appropriate next step.

Your recurring lawn and landscape care is organized as one plan rather than a collection of disconnected visits. We keep track of the routine work and help you anticipate seasonal needs, so the property receives more consistent attention throughout the growing season.

Weekly Lawn Care
Routine mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup keep the lawn consistently neat. Mowing height is adjusted when appropriate for seasonal conditions and the health of the turf.

Lawn Health Program
Planned fertilization and lawn-health treatments support stronger turf, improved color and better resistance to weeds and seasonal stress. When specialized applications are appropriate, Gaia coordinates with qualified lawn-health professionals so the work remains part of one organized property care plan.

Continuous Garden Bed Weeding
Garden beds are checked and weeded during routine service visits. Frequent attention helps prevent weeds from becoming established and keeps the landscape looking cared for between larger seasonal services.

Visual Landscape Inspection
We keep an eye on the visible condition of your lawn, shrubs, trees and plantings while we are on the property. When something appears to need closer attention, we communicate it rather than simply working around it.

Initial Bed Preparation
Properties entering the program may require an initial cleanup and weeding visit to bring the garden beds to a maintainable starting condition. Pre-emergent weed control may also be recommended when appropriate.
